Well as everybody knows, DBAs don’t do tuning. Or SQL. Or modelling. So what do they do all day?

But in 11g what actualy DBAs are going to do?Tuning is automatic, management of memory almost is automatic,we could be life savers when database is crashed but nwo Recovery Advisor has come. So what next?
