how to integrate Remedy with OEm

Hi Tim,

In my environment Remedy tool is configured with OEM and if anything goes abnormally ticked will be automatically created in remedy through OEM but I am not sure how its been created. Do we need to write separate script for the integration?.

if its possible please explain how can we integrate it.

Ok, but In my environment our L4 dba's has configured OEM 12C with Remedy and right now its in testing basis. when I spoke to them they said Remedy was integrated with OEM12c through Perl script.

I still have no idea. I don't use remedy, so I can't help you. If your DBAs don't know how to do it, you should probably ask on the OTN forums in case anyone there does it.
