Is there a way to track the changed blocks of a table?

Hi.

It depends what for. Oracle has something called block change tracking, it uses to improve the speed of incremental backups.

That information is not visualized to you though.

Then I don't think what you want is possible, short of learning how to interpret the contents of the block change tracking file.
