10g certifcation :is self study recognized by oracle ?

Hi , l 'm planning to take oracle 10g certification as DBA ,but in my area there's no oracle official training center where i can take the preparatory class. I make a self preparation and successfully take the exam in a prometric center will i receive the certicate or attestation from oracle ?. As my friends tell me that it 's compulsory to have a preparatory class in oracle approved training center
please help me .

Hi.

Part of the OCP certification is a hands-on course. You can certainly prepare and take the exams without official Oracle training, but you will not receive the certificate until you have attended one of the accredited courses. Please I'm a student with a limited financial and time resources ,to make thing easier I'll like to prepare some modules in self-study and just go to the training center only for the compulsory . Giving that there are three (03) exams are required to have ocp which one is compulsory to be taken from an authorized center in order to receive all the recognitions from oracle .
In short among the three modules are there any not obligatory to be taken from an authorized center ,like that i can do it or them in sefl-study ...?
