Which book topics to follow for exam 1Z0-007?

Hi,

I am studying following two books for Oracle OCA exam 1Z0-007.

1)OCP Introduction to Oracle9i: SQL Exam Guide by Jason Couchman
2) OCA/OCP: Introduction to Oracle9i SQL Study Guide by Chip Dawes, Biju Thomas

Sybex book covers more topics as compare to Oracle book for example "Rollback Segment for a Transaction" are not covered in oracle book, does it mean there will be no question in the exam from this topic?

Hi.

Being a good DBA requires more knowledge than just that needed to pass the exam. It's possible that the authors have included some extra information because they think it is important for a full understanding, rather than just to squeeze you through the exam.

Will you be tested on it? I don't know. There are a pool of questions and each person is only asked a small subset of those, so it's not possible to say unless you ask Oracle University, and they certainly aren't going to tell you.
