I want prepare for OCA in one month time ,so I was thinking that whether you people know any jump start material for the certification.

I'm not sure what you mean by "jump start". If this is a company or publisher I can't help. If you just mean study guides then take a look at this page:

In that case I would definitely use the study guides available from Sybex and/or Oracle Press.
