Both these resources cover the upgrade exam only, not the entire syllabus. I'm sure they'll be of help but they will not get you through the whole 9i track.

I passed 9i SQL and it was not that tough but be sure to read new concepts like merge,ansi join syntax.
The majority of questions were from subquery,group by functions.

They will be able to tell you about mixed path certifications.
