Submitting the Hands On Course Requirement Form

The Hands On Course Requirement Form is the final requirement in obtaining most OCP and
OCM certifications as well as some Expert Program certifications. Submitting the Hands On
Course Requirement Form will accomplish two tasks related to your certification:

• It will trigger a request for Oracle to verify your attendance in an approved hands-on Course.
• After your attendance has been verified by Oracle, the form will generate a permanent record in Oracle's and Prometric's certification databases, showing that you have met the requirement. The record will become part of your personal certification history, identifiable as "OCP Hands On Course Requirement".

Candidates should note that this “form” is actually set up as a “test.” Below we have outlined the
step-by-step process to submit these forms. Please contact ocpexam_ww@oracle.com if you
have any questions.

What questions may one expect in that test? Are the questions dependent of approved instructor-led in-class course one had completed?
May I ask for some more details about that?

Hi.

The hands-on course is not an exam. It's Oracle training you must attend. The reason it's called hands-on is you will be using a PC to follow the instructor lead training, so you are actually using the product, not just being lectured to.

Hi.

This seems to be a change to the previous system. In the past you attended the course and filled in a form to prove you attended. It looks like they've now replaced that with a short test that can be used as a waver for the course in some instances.

I've never taken this test, so I don't have any idea what's on it. Also, it's a breach of your certification to discuss questions from the test, so even if I did know, I would not be allowed to give you anything detailed.
