sir i am OCP9i i want to update my ocp to 11g but i saw in the given link

that it should instructed then u can appear in the class but i am fully prepared from self study can i give the exam 1z0-055

Hi.

If you are already an OCP, which you are, there is no requirement to sit through a course. Just take the exam.

dear,
i went to oracle partner in Pakistan(Techno-ed, Karachi) but they told me that u can take the exam but oracle corporation will never send u certificate until i will not go through the course work they also that there is not license of 11g in pakistan what is your view regarding this point,if i will give this paper will the oracle will send me my ocp certificate and 2ndly is the criteria of pakistan is different then other countries

Hi.

If you are doing a certification for the first time, because you are not already an OCP, then you have to take a hands-on course before you will get your certificate. If you are already an OCP, then there is no hands-on course requirement for upgrades. I know this to be true because I did the 11g upgrade exam, I did not attend a course and I have the certificate.

I think they are confused between the procedure for new comers and upgrades.

Even I am planning to upgrade from 9i OCP to 11g OCP.
Please help me for the same.
I would like to know ehere i will find the study material and if possible if you have exam DUMPs please share.

As for dumps, braindumps are classified as cheating. If Oracle find out you have used braindumps your certification will be revoked. If you want practice doing questions, buy them from an Oracle approved vendor.

Yes. You will be doing a single exam that takes you from 9i to 11g, so it will include new features of both versions.

i am working on peoplesoft module HRM and General Ledger i want to have certification in these areas, Here is a little confusion is that i did not know if there is any hands on training required or not ,Though i am 9i,and 11g certified,my question is that what will be the procedure of certification for certified and non certified candidates to have certification
