How to study for Database fundamentals-I

Hi,
I passed the first exam(intro to SQL &PL/SQL)
But i have started reading for the next exam,IZ0-031 it seems quit hard to me.Any pointers to how I should go about?It took me about 1 month for the first exam(I had a little Idea about SQL and PL/SQL)But have no idea about the fundamentals.Can u please help?

I would suggest you buy one of the study guides:

Most people seem to prefer the Sybex books, but I think they're both OK.

Work through the books and try out everything you are reading for real. Download the software and install it on your PC. It's the only way you'll be sure you know what you are doing.

The exam guides give you more than enough to pass.
