Request - Enabling us to post articles

It’s a humble request

Could you allow the users of this site to post some articles, learnings, experience-sharing, technical FAQs, OCP sample questions etc

We can always start a new thread in the forum if we wish to share / post these. But having a altogether different link on the left-hand frame will be better

You can clearly specify that you are not liable for the correctness of the article. It is just the platform for DBAs where they can share their knowledge that could be of use to others

It will be a great opportunity for DBAs like me who would like to contribute & gain confidence, but need a proper platform for doing so. And oracle-base is the best platform as you are the owner of the site and mentor for us

Hi.

During the lifetime of ORACLE-BASE I've considered this a number of times. There are a couple of reasons I've so far resisted.

- I cannot guarantee the accuracy and quality of the articles.
- I cannot guarantee the articles don't infringe on someone elses copyright, for which I would be liable.

I'm constantly reviewing the site so this may happen in the future, but I'm not sure.
